The Nebula Sissy Squat Bench is a free standing bench that holds the user in place by the use of four rollers with the rear roller being adjustable. This allows the user to then do a bending movement at the knee to isolate the quads.
Features:
- Frame is constructed of 4x2, 3x3, & 2x2 11gage (7 gage optional)
- Pads are contoured to fit ankles and are located just above foot pads for maximum efficiency.
