The machines powered by dual 200 pound weight stacks providing equal resistance from any angle. The 2:1 resistance allows for an extremely smooth action.
This machine comes with a bunch of accessories including an attached exercise book, DVD, 2 Single Handles, Long Bar, Sport Stick, Triceps Rope, Chin/Pushup Assist Strap, Ankle Cuff, and 2 chains.
Each cable column pulley has 30 different height positions and rotates 200 degrees. This creates both different height training, as well as different angles.
