This machine is plate loaded too which allows the user to add more weight and doesn’t limit you like a selectorized machine would. Each knee area has a soft pad to allow for comfort and to not add any pain to the knee region. This machine is an older model from Precor, but that’s what makes it so great.

They changed the design of the seated calf raise machine and this ones preferred by most over that one. You won’t regret adding this machine to your gym or home!
