International Warranty Support (Outside USA)

If you are located outside of the USA, you receive a Parts Warranty only depending on what is stated on the invoice. Pro Gym Supply will send out the replacement parts at our expense. In some instances we will request that the customer ship back any defective or used parts back to us. Pro Gym Supply reserves the right to request a refundable core deposit for expensive components like electronics or motors.
