I worked with Christine Wright at ProGym to repair a Power Plate machine. They were amazing and getting the job done. I struggled to find an organization who could figure this out. Christine stepped up to organize the repairs including 3rd party repairs and got the job done. Great follow up and the device now works like new.

Jose was a pleasure to work with, the equipment is awesome, and the delivery and setup they included was top notch. They did all the work and candidly I couldn't have come close to doing it myself. They had every machine and weight I wanted to buy and the price was fair. I'm glad I went with them.

2026 UPDATE
Spring is here, which means it's time to schedule annual maintenance for my treadmill. Fortunately, Pro Gym Supply makes it easy and convenient to set up an in-home service appointment.

The scheduling process is quick and efficient, with the scheduling team providing appointment confirmation and updates via email.

The service team is always prompt, polite, professional (and neat!).

I protect my investment by scheduling service with the team at Pro Gym Supply. An annual check-up keeps my treadmill running reliably all year long.

If you're in the market for professional-grade exercise equipment, give Pro Gym Supply a call. They've got a great selection at competitive prices and, more importantly, they provide an exceptional customer experience and in-home service to keep your equipment operating at peak performance for years to come.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Purchased a Star Trac E-TRX Remanufactured Treadmill from Pro Gym Supply.
The experience was top-notch from start to finish.
Christine was informative, accommodating (and patient!) throughout the sales process, creating a low stress buying experience and, ultimately, the confidence in the choice of fitness equipment.
As advertised, the remanufactured machine arrived in impressive, like-new condition.
Delivery was timely and the installation process was quick and easy.
The treadmill has been used nearly every day for the past two months and operates flawlessly.
Great service. Quality product. Competitive price.
Would recommend Pro Gym Supply to anyone in the market for professional-grade fitness equipment.

THIS is the small business you want to support. In the end we got a beautiful refurbished pro-gym grade Precor AMT elliptical for a reasonable price. While the process was a little clunky with unclear timeline expectations in the beginning–Once Jose stepped in, I received regular updates about the refurb process our machine was undergoing. Then, when our (extremely) well packaged machine arrived, there was a little ticking noise while using it… not a problem, just an annoyance. I sent an email with a video to Jose and not 4 hours later I was facetime-fixing the issue with a quick adjustment. My facetime technician happened to be the owner of the company, Amit while he was washing dishes in the kitchen. :) The experience was personal, heartwarming and encouraging. Small companies that want to do the right thing and provide a high quality service do exist. Pro Gym is still ironing out the details to create a smooth process for the customer… but they really are kicking butt when it comes to providing high quality equipment and personalized customer service. Don’t hesitate to start supporting Small Businesses here.

They properly analyzed the problem with my Power Plate by checking with the manufacturer, ordered the correct parts, serviced my Power Plate at the appointed time and promptly gave me a refund for the parts that were not used. Very pleased with responsiveness and delivering as promised.
