I worked with Christine Wright at ProGym to repair a Power Plate machine.  They were amazing and getting the job done.  I struggled to find an organization who could figure this out. Jose was a pleasure to work with, the equipment is awesome, and the delivery and setup they included was top notch. They did all the work and candidly I couldn't have come close to doing it myself. THIS is the small business you want to support. In the end we got a beautiful refurbished pro-gym grade Precor AMT elliptical for a reasonable price. While the process was a little clunky with unclear timeline expectations in the beginning–Once Jose stepped in, I received regular updates about the refurb process our machine was undergoing. Then, when our (extremely) well packaged machine arrived, there was a little ticking noise while using it… not a problem, just an annoyance. I sent an email with a video to Jose and not 4 hours later I was facetime-fixing the issue with a quick adjustment. My facetime technician happened to be the owner of the company, Amit while he was washing dishes in the kitchen. :) The experience was personal, heartwarming and encouraging. Small companies that want to do the right thing and provide a high quality service do exist. Pro Gym is still ironing out the details to create a smooth process for the customer… but they really are kicking butt when it comes to providing high quality equipment and personalized customer service. They properly analyzed the problem with my Power Plate by checking with the manufacturer, ordered the correct parts, serviced my Power Plate at the appointed time and promptly gave me a refund for the parts that were not used. I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym, so I recently decided to start working out from home. To get started, I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from pro gym supply and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I called and told a one of the staff members I was new to building a home gym and didn't want to overdo it with equipment I wouldn't use. She recommended the perfect set of dumbbells that let me adjust the weight easily and don't take up too much space, which was exactly what I needed. The process was easy. We had a very good experience purchasing a Precor Elliptical through Pro Gym Supply.  I worked with Jose who was transparent and professional from the start.  Patiently answered my questions and then arranged the delivery with minimum fuss.  Pro Gym Supply also offers a 3 year warranty on parts and labour which is very helpful. Purchased the 10G Stairmaster from Pro Gym Supply for my home.  The first attempt was unsuccessful as they could not get it down the stairs.  However, between Christine and the owner, Amit, they were committed to figuring out the solution and Amit personally came up the second time to ensure it was properly delivered with double the number of men. The entire time, Christine over communicated and ensured it was handled professionally and properly.  Amit was incredibly generous and truly both of them took great pride to make sure the delivery was smooth.  There is not another store I would work with on gym equipment.
