THIS is the small business you want to support. In the end we got a beautiful refurbished pro-gym grade Precor AMT elliptical for a reasonable price. While the process was a little clunky with unclear timeline expectations in the beginning–Once Jose stepped in, I received regular updates about the refurb process our machine was undergoing. Then, when our (extremely) well packaged machine arrived, there was a little ticking noise while using it… not a problem, just an annoyance. I sent an email with a video to Jose and not 4 hours later I was facetime-fixing the issue with a quick adjustment. My facetime technician happened to be the owner of the company, Amit while he was washing dishes in the kitchen. :) The experience was personal, heartwarming and encouraging. Small companies that want to do the right thing and provide a high quality service do exist. Pro Gym is still ironing out the details to create a smooth process for the customer… but they really are kicking butt when it comes to providing high quality equipment and personalized customer service. They properly analyzed the problem with my Power Plate by checking with the manufacturer, ordered the correct parts, serviced my Power Plate at the appointed time and promptly gave me a refund for the parts that were not used. I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym, so I recently decided to start working out from home. To get started, I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from pro gym supply and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

I called and told a one of the staff members I was new to building a home gym and didn't want to overdo it with equipment I wouldn't use. She recommended the perfect set of dumbbells that let me adjust the weight easily and don't take up too much space, which was exactly what I needed.

Purchased the 10G Stairmaster from Pro Gym Supply for my home.  The first attempt was unsuccessful as they could not get it down the stairs.  However, between Christine and the owner, Amit, they were committed to figuring out the solution and Amit personally came up the second time to ensure it was properly delivered with double the number of men.

The entire time, Christine over communicated and ensured it was handled professionally and properly.  Amit was incredibly generous and truly both of them took great pride to make sure the delivery was smooth.  There is not another store I would work with on gym equipment. I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Pro Gym and their sales representative, Christine W. From the moment I first spoke with her, I knew I wanted to work with this company.  So much so, that I cancelled a previous order with a different company because they were non responsive and unprofessional.  Christine was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional and always available to help answer my questions.  I ordered a refurbished Cybex Arc Trainer. She fully prepared me and made sure I knew what to expect.  The delivery was sooner than expected and smooth but unfortunately, when it arrived, there was catastrophic damage to the unit.  Christine reassured me and promised me that they would do their best to rectify this.  The shipping company refused the claim for the damaged unit and I was nervous that this would somehow fall on me and wasn't confident as to how this would play out.  In the end, Pro Gym (with Christine's help) absolutely put me first (as the customer) and shipped another unit at no additional expense to me and gave me the choice as to what to do with the damaged trainer. I ordered Precor AMT 835 Elliptical P30 (Refurbished). I understand new costs over $10,000.00. Pro Gym charged me $2,995.00.  Three-year warranty cost was me $190.00. White glove installation-carrying it to 2nd floor with 21steps charge was $799.00. It weighs near 400lbs.
it was all worth it. Sales specialist (Christine) was very pleasant to work with. She was very prompt in her correspondence.

I had been looking for a dual leg extension / leg curl machine for a few weeks.  But every company I tried to buy from, there ended up being some issue(unreasonable prices, shipping complications, broken promises etc..). Thankfully i came across ProGymSupply.  I contacted Christine from sales and she immediately was above and beyond helpful.   The buying and shipping process went so smooth. Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, ProGym, and my rep, Christine are exceptional.

I was a little hesitant to purchase an expensive product online, especially for our retail studio and not private use.  I contacted ProGym via their contact form and the next day I spoke with Christine who was a real, genuine professional.  She answered all of my questions patiently, walked me through their certification process, and followed up with more details on other items I had asked about.  It was apparent that this company has integrity and cares about their customers satisfaction.

Once our product was delivered, I had a couple follow up items I needed addressed and Christine was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

This company is top notch!  I have always wanted an arc trainer for the house but thought it would be too expensive and complicated.  Pro Gym Supply has great prices and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.  Christine did an excellent job assessing the space, making arrangements and following up! She knows every make and style so to say she thorough is an understatement. It made spending 10's of thousands of dollars a lot less stressful and really kept me focused on what I needed and not so much the price. I could not have done what I've done with my space without her and pro gym supply. I will also add when the delivery came Mikhail and his guys were professional, on time and put a floor plan together that seemed to flow seamlessly. Before heading to Pro Gym Fitness supply I had a phone conversation with Christine. Very nice and knowledgeable woman. Helped me pick a treadmill based on what she felt I needed. Didn’t focus on selling the most expensive or anything in terms of money but based on what she felt best suited our facility. I was very appreciative of her help and most of all she’s very patient. I purchased a Cybex for my wife (and, let's face, it, for me, too) for delivery to my home in southern Virginia. The entire experience was really very pleasant. Christine Wright was a true pleasure to work with. I was looking for a specific model, re-manufactured, and she worked for weeks trying to find me the right model. It was so helpful to not have to re-explain everything every time I spoke with or emailed her. Christine is the best! The unit was shipped very carefully and delivered to my house - no damage, no issues, and the thing looks brand new. When I tell you the customer service is top notch it is top notch. I was skeptical about ordering in elliptical from so far away as I live in Georgia and the company is based out of New York. I had already gone through two companies one that was in California and one that was in my local area but the reviews weren’t good and I didn’t feel comfortable even with the ones that were positive. So I had given up hope on getting an Arc Trainer. Something had told me to give it another shot and my husband knew how bad I wanted a Cybex so he told me to try again. And this time I found pro gym supply and I was dealing with Christine and she was awesome the reviews talked about the customer service they got from her from not just the local area but around the country. She had told me all the information that I needed to know upfront and told me that she would send me pictures of the progress along the way and she did everything that she said she was going to do. I received my Cybex today and I was very pleased. It was wrapped very well bolted to the crate that it shipped in and there was no damage whatsoever. The freight company that they used was awesome YRC freight company and the gentleman that delivered it had told me when he called early in the day that it was curbside but he was nice enough to pull into my garage so I didn’t have to and stayed while we took the crate apart and he took the pieces to the crate back with him. Christine made finishing out my gym so easy and exciting!!  She kept me up to date on every step from procurement, refurbishing and shipping of my Cybex Squat Press and my Life Fitness Signature Smith Machine!!
All done so much faster than I ever expected!!!

We weren’t really sure what to expect when we decided to go look at a machine here that was listed online. Christine was wonderful!
