Free Shipping Rules
Shipping Area and International
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories such as military APO/FPO addresses must contact us for shipping prices.
No Inside Deliveries
Our Freight deliveries are to customer’s curb or easily accessible driveway. If business locations have dock access, dock-to-dock will be selected for the delivery. Our freight products are typically packaged on wooden pallets.
Shipping Destination
Free shipping to residential and commercial addresses only. We do not ship to post office boxes. Military addresses may have additional charges.
You can not ship to multiple addresses in the same order.
Receiving
If requested, the Freight company will contact you and set up a delivery time. When they deliver the equipment, be ready for it. If you refuse the delivery, you will be responsible to pay additional charges associated with your shipment.
If you fail to meet at the scheduled delivery appointment time, you will be responsible to pay additional charges associated with rescheduling for your delivery.
Please report all damages immediately, failing to report on the delivery may result in damages not covered by Pro Gym. Make sure to document all damages with photographs at the time of delivery, and make sure to mark these damages on the Bill of Lading provided by the Freight company before accepting the delivery.
Shipper
We currently ship freight with YRC or another freight carrier. This is subject to change at any time.
We currently ship ground with UPS. This is subject to change at any time.
We do not ship COD, all purchases are paid in full prior to shipping.
Customer Arranged Pickup
We do allow customers to pick their products up in any of our locations, and will only hold the products 5-days until storage fees begin. Customers pickup up their products are also subject to the sales tax of the warehouse location that equipment is being picked up from.
No Change of Address
We will confirm your address when your order is placed. If that address changes at any time after confirming address, you will be responsible for any charges from changing the shipping location or type.
Continental USA
Our Free Shipping includes only the Continental USA. We do ship outside of the Continental USA, please contact our logistics experts to arrange shipping and determine freight pricing.
