Cancellation Policy

Please note that once the Product has left our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled and the Returns and Refund Policy will apply.

1. Cancellation

1.1 Orders for refurbished equipment are considered custom-made and tailored to individual specifications.We allow a 48-hour window from time or purchase for cancellations. Cancellations made within the timeframe will receive a full refund with no penalties.

1.2 If you wish to cancel after the 48-hour window and production on you order has already commenced, your cancellation will be treated as a return in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

2. Limitations on Cancellations

2.1 Orders in Transit: Once an order has left our facility and is in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and our Returns and Refund Policy will apply.

2.2 Custom Orders: Orders specifically customize to unique requirements are not eligible for cancellation once production has started, given the bespoke nature of these products.

3. How to Cancel Your Order

3.1 To cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. The sooner we receive your request, the greater our ability to halt the order in our production queue and issue a full refund where eligible.
