The data shown includes pace, watts, stroke rate, and calories. The flywheel uses air resistance to respond to each stroke and make it feel as natural as possible.

The flywheel also features an adjustment lever which goes from 1-10 with 10 being the hardest. Storage is no issue with this rower since it splits into two pieces without the use of tools. The footrest is adjustable for different shoe sizes with each side having two holes that pop in and out.
