Life Fitness Signature Bicep Curl

The Life Fitness Signature Series Biceps Curl is a great machine for strengthening the bicep muscles in your upper arm. It uses the traditional preacher curl position. The bicep curl machine has upper arm pads that are position just above the elbow for improved comfort and stabilization.

Additionally, the handles pivot to accommodate different users forearm lengths. Furthermore, the arms can move independently so you can work one arm at a time or both arms at the same time for greater exercise variety.
