The SciFit Rex Total Body Recumbent Elliptical has Bi-directional movement and resistance. Exercising in forward and reverse provides versatility, helps prolong exercise and promotes reciprocal muscle balance. The Rex starts with a low resistance of 6 watts with a 191 levels of resistance, 20 levels adjustable in .1 increments. The resistance system has a 3 phase combination generator and eddy current brake – largest watt range in the industry.
