The Cybex VR Machine has curvilinear movement which encourages gluteal involvement. Additionally without requiring the user to align the hip joint. Providing knee extension which required to eliminate hamstring cramping and allow full gluteal training.

The Cybex VR Machine has an adjustable footboard which allows users to choose amount of knee extension desired for movement and creates an optimal fit for all sizes. The machine comes with an adjustable abdominal support pad which ensures that the user maintains correct posture and does not put undue stress on the back. Also equipped with gas spring assist for easy adjustment.
