The 2:1 lifting ratio has a smooth, low inertia operation and effective resistance of 100 lbs (50 kg). The accessory rack hosts multiple pulley attachments which include (2) 6” grip handles, (1) stirrup handle, (1) ankle strap, (1) body strap, (1) long bar.
