The bike will quit if the RPM’s are slower than 20. My husband has Parkinson’s and cannot keep the RPM’s up to keep it running. The lowest level is 1, but I would recommend that the resistance should be less than 1 for those who just need to get their legs moving again. Everyone recommended a recumbent bike for this, but the resistance is too high for rehabilitation.

Awesome bike. It’s comfy for long workouts (2+ hour movie), easy on my knees, has loads of cool features, and works perfectly. The Pro Gym team was really helpful too. Highly recommend it for a budget-friendly machine that is heavy duty!
