This Nautilus Nova Leg Extension/Leg Curl Combo Machine combines two great machines into one smaller package. This machine combines a leg curl and a leg extension. Allowing you to change between each machine at a flip of a lever. The reclined seat back angle prevents quadriceps from interfering with full-range hamstring contraction.
The long range seat back adjustment on the Nautilus Leg Extension/Leg Curl Combo Machine provides axis alignment for all users. The knee pad releases outwards for easy entry and exit. The weight stack is 200 pounds. The placard on the machine shows how to adjust the machine from Leg Extension into Leg Curl and back.
This machine comes in at 63″ x 48″ x 58″ which takes up a much smaller footprint than the two machines by themselves.
