The Half/Half Rack packs a lot of versatile performance strength training in a small area. This combo maximizes strength training space with a single rack configuration while offering two performance strength stations and equally ample weight plate storage space. Additionally each side of the rack has pull-up bars undoubtedly creating a more user friendly experience.
The required live floor area is 14-feet × 10-feet (3.05-meters × 4.27-meters) with a minimum 100-inch (8-feet 4-inches) ceiling height to allow for safe use.
